中国国际商会商业行业商会丝绸之路国际合作工作委员会（简称：丝路工委会），是中国国际贸易促进委员会商业行业委员会、中国国际商会商业行业商会，于2017年9月6日，根据国家工信部、中国贸促会联合发布的《关于开展支持中小企业参与“一带一路”建设专项行动的通知》（工信部联企业【2017】191号）文件精神，为深化我国企业与沿线各国在贸易投资、科技创新、产能合作、基础设施建设等领域的交流与合作，构建和完善支持企业国际化发展的服务体系，而专门成立的“一带一路”建设平台型分支机构（商贸促字【2017】146号）。

丝路工委会依托中国贸促会、中国国际商会在国际经济文化交流合作中的特殊优势，协同中联部“一带一路”战略智库联盟、清华大学“一带一路”战略研究院、一带一路（新加坡）国际商学院等战略合作伙伴，为投身“一带一路”建设的企业，共同搭建起“量身打造、个性定制、全要素跟进、一站式服务”的平台，踏上安全、精准、高效、快捷的“一带一路”建设航程。

丝路工委会致力于营造以“部长直通车”为政策导向、“互联网+金融服务”为两翼、“院士直通车”为科技支撑、“大使空间”为外联互通、众多企业参与为基础的完整运营体系，促进企业发展、社会和谐为目标，遵循共商、共建、共享原则，共创辉煌！

The Silk Road International Cooperation Working Committee(short for Silk Road Working Committee) is co-organized by CCPIT Commercial Council and CCOIC Commercial Chamber of Commerce on September 6th, 2017. Based on the<About supporting middle and small-sized enterprises on ‘Belt And Road’ Policy>(MIIT joint enterprise[2017]No.191) that co-published by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and CCPIT, the Silk Road Working Committee is absorbed in the cooperation and communication among countries along the silk road and other friendly nations all over the world on trade and investment, science and technology innovation, capacity cooperation and infrastructure construction areas. The Silk Road Working Committee is specially founded in establishing and supporting enterprises of international development based on “Belt And Road” policy (CCPIT and CCOIC [2017] No.146).
Depending on the special advantages that are created in the international economic and cultural cooperation by CCPIT and CCOIC, the Silk Road Working Committee, “Belt And Road”(Singapore) International Business School and Tsinghua University “Belt And Road” Institute of Strategic Studies, will build a personalized, tailored, full factor follow-up, one-stop platform for all the enterprises that devote themselves into “Belt And Road” construction, therefore, to develop safely, accurately, high-effectively and rapidly.
The Silk Road Working Committee is trying to be guided by “Ministers’ direct train”, take “Internet + Finance Service” as both wings, “Academician direct train” as the scientific support and “Ambassador Space” as the outreach, therefore to build a complete operation system, to promote the development of enterprises and harmony of society, to follow the principles of co-operation, co-construction and sharing and create brilliance together!
